What is your shipping policy?

We ship domestically and internationally using Canada Post. We charge flat fees based on the combined weight of your items. At checkout, you can choose between Expedited, ExpressPost or Priority shipping. Here, you can see the rate for each option as well as the estimated delivery window. For international customers, your delivery times may be longer than stated here.


All of our shipments come with a tracking number. Once your package is dropped off at the post office, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking info and estimated date of delivery. 

Do I need to be home to sign for my package?

If you are shipping to a street address, we will ship with signature required on delivery unless requested otherwise. This means that either you or someone you know will need to be there to sign. If nobody is home, the package will be brought to the nearest post office for you to pick it up.


If you want your package to be dropped off while you are out, please request ‘no signature’ in the order notes.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

Yes, we can. PO Box shipments will not require a signature upon delivery.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Once we receive your payment, we will package and ship your order within 24 hours. If your order falls on a Canadian holiday, we will ship on the following business day.

Where are you shipping from?

We ship all orders from Maple Ridge, BC, Canada.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do!

I am in another country. Will I have to pay additional duties or import taxes on my order?

Please be aware that there may be additional charges for duties and taxes when orders are shipped out of Canada. Every country has different procedures for incoming packages. We do not have information on customs or duties and can not estimate these charges. 


Please check with your local authorities before placing an order.  Minor Lion is not responsible for non-paid import taxes, nor will we be able to issue any refunds or exchanges for deliveries that have been refused for non payment of import taxes.

What is the value that will be displayed on my Customs documents?

The total purchase amount of merchandise will be declared on all customs documents. Customs documents cannot be altered.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

That depends on the rate you choose on checkout. Orders will typically arrive 4 days within Canada, 5 – 7 days within the United States and 2-3 weeks for international orders.

Can I have my order shipped by courier instead of Canada Post?

Yes, you can. Please email hello@minorlion.com immediately after purchase to arrange shipment by courier. Courier fees will vary based on your location and requested delivery date.

How do I track my package?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and other details. You can track your package online at canadapost.ca.

My order was shipped to the wrong address, what do I do?

Please email us right away at hello@minorlion.com. We will connect with Canada Post directly to try and recover your package, and will address associated concerns directly on a case-by-case basis.
